Job profile 

  • Establish framework, governance and service catalogue for release both legacy (on perm) and Cloud, with a focus on multiple and integrated releases.

Job Description : 

  • Experience : 6 to 8 years
  • Experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft Implementation, Support, Enhancement projects
  • Perfect understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications and minimum of 2 years of experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 or above and 8.5x tools or higher
  • Hands-on functional experience in at-least 2 of the following HCM modules – Core HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Payroll, Time and Labor, Performance Management and Recruiting
  • Experience in Requirement gathering, functional solution, defining new business process, fit/gap analysis and resolutions, creating functional designs, conducting Conference Room Pilots 
  • Understand Business terminology and ability to talk directly to customer on Business Requirements
  • Experience with writing functional designs and testing for interfaces, conversions and customizations and coordinating with technical teams
  • Must have done 2 or more project implementations in PeopleSoft HCM
  • Ability to design data integration between PeopleSoft and other PS or non-PS applications including Integration Broker, web services or Flat file integration 

3+ years’ experience working with React Native

3+ years’ experience working with ReactJS.

Strong understanding of the JavaScript, fundamentals (ES6+)

Strong understanding of theDOM/CSS/SASS/HTML 

Experience in unit testing

Experience using Web APIs

An appreciation of UI details and responsive designs

Some backend experience (e.g. Rails, PHP, Java, Node, .Net Core )

Experience with TypeScript (nice to have)

Experience with databases such as MariaDB and/or Postgres (nice to have)

Ruby/Rails experience (bonus to have)
